What type of people attend Breath of Life?
Breath of Life welcomes people of all colors, creeds, ages, nationalities and backgrounds. As our
congregation grows, our sincere prayer is that we will truly become a house a prayer for ALL NATIONS (Mark 11:17).
Where are your services located?
All services are currently held at our church, located at 3763 Junction Boulevard in Raleigh, NC. Please call our church office for directions. In the future, we will begin setting up regional home Bible studies. Stay tuned for more information.
What demonimation are you?
Breath of Life is a Christian, Word church. Many would classify the ministry as non-denomintional, meaning we are a Bible-believing group of people that do not claim
association or allegiance with any particular denomination.
What do you believe?
Breath of Life teaches and preaches the Word of God. Quite simply, we believe the Bible and try our best to filter out any religious or traditional thought that is not based on Scripture. Click here to download our official Statement of Faith.
Who is your "covering"?
Apostle Glendora Winston and The Master's Touch Church in Richmond, VA serve as the apostolic oversight for Breath of Life. Most importantly, Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church (Body of Christ) and has all authority over Breath of Life. Ultimately, it is the word of God and His will that has final authority (Colossians 1:18).
What is the dress code?
At Breath of Life, we encourage a modest but casual dress code. Come as you are. Get comfortable. Our members may be seen in everything from jeans to designer suits. Our concern is
not so much how you come, but the way you leave. We want you to leave changed by the Word and the power of God!
Will I be pressured to give money if I come?
Not at all! At Breath of Life International, we believe that giving is part of our worship (Psalm 96:8). According to the word of God, givers should give cheerfully, without pressure or coersion (2 Corinthians 9:6-7). We also believe and teach that we must
give as we are led and instructed by God (Matthew 6:3-4).
What translation of the Bible do you use?
During our worship services, we tend to use the King James Version of the Holy Scriptures. The Amplified Bible and the New Living Translation (NLT) may also be referenced, particularly during Bible studies.
